How it works
One path. One step at a time.
No 40-page proposals. No discovery phases that bill by the month. A short conversation, a fixed-scope build, and a partnership we earn every cycle. Here's each step, in the open.
Step 01 · Free · 15 minutes
The Checkup
It starts with a short application, not a sales call. We ask who you are, what trade you're in, how big the operation is, and what's actually eating your week. Owners only. If you're under $750K or shopping for cheap leads, we'll point you somewhere more useful and part friends.
Before we talk, we do homework on your business. Then the call itself: eight questions, fifteen minutes, and a live score across the eight things that decide whether a service company runs on systems or on the owner's Saturday. You watch the score build as we go. No mystery, no "let me take this back to the team."
8 questions
The same eight that platform operators grade themselves on.
A score out of 40
Scored live, on the call, with you watching.
A straight answer
If it's not a fit, we say so before the 15 minutes are up.
If there's something worth fixing, you get a one-page plan within a day: what we'd build, what it costs, what it fixes first, plus a recorded 12-minute walkthrough you can watch when the trucks are parked. No second meeting required.
Step 02 · Fixed scope · about 30 days
The Foundation
One month, four systems, one fixed price you know before you sign. The order follows your Checkup score: whatever is eating the most of your week gets fixed first.
Call capture and speed-to-lead
Every call answered day, night, weekend. Web leads and missed calls get a text back in minutes, not the next morning. Usually live inside the first week.
Invoicing and payment
The bill goes out when the job wraps, with the payment link already in the customer's phone. Your money stops sitting in someone else's account.
The review engine
A request on every finished job, responses in your voice, a reputation that builds while you work.
The owner's dashboard
Booked jobs, revenue per channel, response times, and margin by job. One screen, checked in 20 minutes on a Monday.
Then we test it like a customer would: test calls, test leads, timed follow-ups, a review request on a real job. When it holds, it's handed over. The accounts, the data, the tooling: all in your name from day one. If you fired us the day after go-live, you'd keep everything. That's the point.
Step 03 · Month-to-month · 30-day out
Keep it moving
Systems drift. Answer rates slip, review velocity stalls, response times creep. Our job from here is to watch yours so you don't have to: monitor, tune, respond to reviews in your voice, and send one report a month an owner can actually use.
What's in the monthly owner's report
Calls captured and recovered. Speed-to-lead times. Invoices sent and paid. Review count and rating movement. What it added up to in dollars, from your own numbers. And one recommended action for next month. One page, no charts you have to decode.
Growing shops add more: local-search management so your zip codes stay yours, campaign management that reports in cost per booked job, and a quarterly sit-down with your operator to plan the next quarter like the platforms do.
When it's warranted · $1,500 · fully credited
The Teardown
Most owners go straight from the Checkup to the Foundation. But if you're running a bigger operation, or you want the full teardown before you commit to anything, there's a deeper step.
Two weeks. We mystery-call your line at every hour, tear down your marketing, sit with you through an ops review, and put real dollar figures on your top three leaks using your own numbers. You walk away with a written scorecard and a 12-month roadmap, whether or not we ever build together.
It's $1,500 flat, and every dollar credits toward the build if we do. The Teardown isn't a profit center. It's how we earn the right to the next step.
Step one is free.
Fifteen minutes, eight questions, a straight answer. That's the whole first step.
